We offer conceptual cost estimates, formulate project schedules, and assess potential challenges to support the successful realization of the building’s intended purpose and maximize return on investment.

Manage the procurement and administration of contracting the architect, general contractor, consultants, and specialized vendors according to the selection procedures determined by the Owner.

Undertaking comprehensive Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager responsibilities, including but not limited to: overseeing site management, providing reports as required by the Owner, implementing value engineering & alternative construction methods, and managing both project schedules & costs.

Ensure that the Owner is provided with a fully completed project, including all required lien releases, warranties, and project manuals. Additionally, conduct warranty walks as necessary to facilitate a seamless transition from construction to the Owner’s intended occupancy and use of the building.
